About Inez
I’ve always had a strong interest in wellbeing, mental health, and supporting others. Over the years, I’ve been actively involved in fitness and wellness, supporting local mental health charities that provide day escapes for carers looking after partners with mental health challenges.
I also run fitness retreats, giving people the chance to step away from the chaos of everyday life — even if just for a short time — to move their bodies, eat well, have fun, and refocus on themselves.
As a highly motivated, hands-on person, I naturally gravitate toward supporting others wherever I can. This journey is what drew me to sound therapy. I see it as a powerful, grounding way to support the nervous system, create deep calm, and offer people a true sense of escape and restoration.
Having sound therapy as a space for me to reset and recharge myself for the last few years has been just as important — allowing me to slow down, reconnect, and restore my own balance in life so I can continue supporting others from a place of wellbeing.
